The CTCR provides the footwear industry with all the means necessary for companies to improve their competitiveness through innovation in their products and their processes.

The R&D&i department works in close collaboration with companies to provide those technology solutions that will allow them to materialize their interests and their areas for improvement in R&D&i projects, resulting in new products or processes, thereby allowing them to consolidate their position or even to take on new market niches. To ensure the correct completion of the projects, the CTCR follows an R&D&i Management System in compliance with the UNE 166002:2006 standard.
