The access to the contents of the sections in our website, must comply with the established policy. The Association for the Promotion, Research, Development and Technological Innovation of the Shoe and Related Industries of La Rioja (CTCR from now on) may modify at any time and without prior notice the information contained in our website, and will not be responsible to keep this information updated.

CTCR RESPONSIBILITIES

The access to this website and the use of the information contained in it will be exclusively the responsibility of the user.

CTCR shall not be liable for any consequences, damages or injuries derived from the access to the website or use of the information. CTCR shall not be liable for any possible security errors or possible damages to the user’s computer system (hardware and software), files or documents stored in it, as a consequence of the presence of viruses in the user’s computer when he is connecting to web services and contents, or a bad performance of the browser or the use of non updated versions of the same.

Therefore, the user accepts expressly and without reservations that the access and use of this portal will be under his sole responsibility.

Pursuant to Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, any conflicts that may arise will be handled in accordance with the Spanish legislation. CTCR is the owner and/or licensee of all the information, graphic design, images, databases, indexes, source codes, trademarks and logotypes contained in this portal, which are all protected under the intellectual property and trademark laws.

Their provision for use does not, under any circumstances, constitute assignment of ownership or the grant of a usage right to the User; accordingly, any full or partial reproduction, copy or distribution, or marketing, will require the prior written consent of CTCR. Given the personal nature of the information provided, CTCR undertakes to treat all details with due confidentiality by keeping due secret, and to this end the company has drafted and implemented a Security Document in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December (hereinafter known as the LOPD) and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 June, whereby the regulatory development of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection is approved.

In order to provide the services offered by CTCR correctly, it is necessary for the user to answer each and every question that appears on the forms in our website.

Personal details will be treated with the strictest confidentiality, and users shall be able to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, through written notification addressed to the company at the above mentioned postal address.

Additionally, the aim of the electronic gathering and processing of personal data through the Job Board is studying your candidacy in the event of a vacancy arising in the future at CTCR, as well as managing the job board service. You also give your consent to the transfer of such personal data to the companies and/or professionals interested in your profile, who may require your curriculum to cover a vacancy. You undertake to keep your curriculum updated; therefore, we understand that the information in it is updated, unless otherwise expressly stated by written communication. You shall be able to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, at the above mentioned postal address.

Thirty days after the acceptance of these conditions, not having received from you, by reliable means, a refusal of permission to use this information for the purpose of sending commercial communications via electronic means, we shall take it as understood that you consent such treatment, notwithstanding your right to revoke this at any time, via written communication addressed to the company at the postal address indicated above.
