The Footwear Technology Center of La Rioja, CTCR, has received the “Reconocimiento Rioja Prácticas Excelentes en Gestión 2016” (Recognition in Excellent Management Practices 2016 from La Rioja), granted by the Government of La Rioja, through the Economic Development Agency, Ader. This recognition stands for a great system quality that enables offering competitive and high value services through efficient processes with immediate impact on the customers. In the words of CTCR's Managing Director, Javier Oñate, "it is a prize that expresses our commitment to work in a uniform and orderly way, internally within our organization, but also facing the stakeholders, towards those who end up talking, like us, the universal language of innovation. "
Following the submission of the application by the CTCR, the members of the Evaluators' Club verified and certified that strategic actions, alliances, competencies, as well as other types of measurable indicators and relevant parameters were perfectly matched with the mission and vision of the organization. The strengths detected show the merit and confirm the relevance of the high value propositions offered to the footwear sector, and others, in terms of innovation.
During the ceremony in its ninth edition of the Excellence Awards, Oñate received the award from the Minister of Public Administration and Treasury of the Government of La Rioja, Alfonso Domínguez, allowing to add a further milestone that ratifies the vision and attitude of the CTCR "for implementing an efficient, perfectly matured management that has evolved positively, especially in an environment where the existing economic difficulties are evident." In order to achieve the objectives and, consequently, obtaining this recognition, the CTCR counted with the involvement of the board of directors, the employees of the Center itself and the businessmen, as well as other collaborators who support the commitment to innovation.
In conclusion, this award, along with others obtained also in 2016, is a guarantee for those who rely on the management of the CTCR, responding always to the needs of the industry in search of solutions, in search of value, of future and innovation.
