Companies, that are members of the CTCR and are export-oriented, have now at their disposal a new service of legal consulting, customized to the needs and specialized mainly on internationalization
The Footwear Technology Centre of La Rioja, CTCR, and the law firm SGA Legal have signed a collaboration agreement that aims to offer to the CTCR members a new service of international consulting. Companies that are members of the CTCR-Aiccor will have a professional lawyer who will advise them on topics such as: supervision and drafting of international documents and contracts (international sales, distribution, transportation agency, etc.), consulting on international means of payment or on the selection of the adequate international commercial terms (Incoterm), as well as conflict resolution and face to face or phone consulting.
In addition, interested parties may even request support for actions aimed at connecting with other law firms abroad. The agreement will be valid for one year, during which period members of the CTCR-Aiccor may benefit from free service on general consultations and a 20% discount on the legal fees of consultations on specific issues.
Through this agreement the CTCR demonstrates its commitments towards the internationalization of the footwear sector. The CTCR has selected SGA Legal as the ideal partner to offer these services due to the vast experience supporting exports of companies that now dominate the foreign market and / or companies entering new markets. Javier Oñate, Managing Director of the CTCR and Maria Leon, lawyer and Director of SGA Legal, have ratified the agreement so that beneficiaries can start making appointments and get global solutions that combine strategic and legal advice.
